Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your sticker purchase. However, please note that we do not offer refunds on sticker purchases. We do offer exchanges under certain conditions.
Conditions for Exchanges:
Stickers must be in their original, unused condition. This means they must not have been applied, removed from their backing, or damaged in any way.
The original packaging (if applicable) must be included.
You must provide photos of the stickers you wish to return.
How to Exchange:
Contact us.
Enter your order number and email address to start.
Select the stickers you want to return. (name of item)
Include the reason for the return. Photos are required.
Repack the stickers carefully to prevent damage during shipping
Use the return address on the package.
Return Shipping Costs:
Unless we made an error with your order (e.g., sent the wrong stickers), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Stickers:
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect stickers, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will send a replacement free of charge. Photos are required.
Missing Stickers:
If you are missing stickers from your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will ship the missing stickers free of charge.
Reasons for Return Rejection:
Stickers have been used or applied.
Stickers are damaged due to improper handling after receipt.
The return is initiated after 30 days from the purchase date.
Clearance items are not eligible for return.
International orders are final sale.
Store Credit/Exchanges:
Refunds: There is no refund possible, only store credit or exchange.
Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned stickers, we will ship the exchanged stickers within 3 business days after you pay for the new shipping cost. You will receive a new tracking number via email once the exchanged stickers have shipped. Only one exchange is allowed per order. After the first exchange, no further exchanges will be given.
Important Notes:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Clearance sales and international orders are final sales (no returns or refunds).
